The National Unity Government (NUG)

· The Deputy Minister of Human Rights-NUG U Aung Kyaw Moe stated that it is necessary to cautiously pass the time when the military junta has been stimulating the conflicts among ethnic groups. He added that it is time to show discipline, unity and goodwill for the country.

· In March, Ministry of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Risks Management-NUG provided 406.5 million MMK to support those really in need.

· At 1:00 pm Wednesday, there was a meeting between the Central Committee on the Interim Public’s Administration-NUG and Township People’s Administration from Magway Region and Mandalay Region.

· Yinmabin District People’s Security Unit has detained a real estate business owner, who was arrested in Monywa in Sagaing Region.

Revolution Activities

· At 4:45 am Thursday, there was an attack with 107mm grenades on Naypyitaw, the headquarters of the military junta. Reportedly, there were casualties and damages.

· In Chaung-U Township, there were bomb attacks via drone on two junta army camps. Reportedly, three junta soldiers, including a second sergeant, died.

· In Wetlet Township, a combined rally of General Strike Committee and local people marched against the junta’s Military Service Law.

· In Mandalay, the youth from General Strike Committee conducted an anti-junta movement themed ‘Unwet Revolution Thingyan’ on Thursday morning.

· In Aung Myay Thazan Township of Mandalay Region, there was an explosion at the junta’s administration office of Thiri Marlar Eastern Ward on Wednesday morning. Reportedly, the same happened at the administration office of Chan Mya Thazi Southern Ward in the afternoon.

· In Kyi Myin Dine Township of Yangon Region, the Burmese Students Union shared stickers against the junta’s compulsory Military Service Law on Thursday morning.

Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs)

· On Wednesday, the GMH under Kachin Independence Army (Southern Military Region) completed their basic military training Batch (7).

· In the statement to the 15th anniversary of the founding of United League of Arakan/ Arakan Army, Karenni Nationalities Defence Force stated that the ongoing significant success of the ULA/AA is also meant for the whole country.

· Karen National Union announced that they would carry out area clearance operations after they had seized all the junta camps in Myawaddy. They also called for the cooperation of local people without fear.

· The KNU warned the townspeople of Myawaddy to live with caution as the military junta might conduct aerial bombings on the town anytime.

· The Commander in Chief of the Arakan Army advised the people trapped in the areas under control of the military junta to seek refuge in liberated areas.

· In Sisai Township of Southern Shan State, Pa-O National Organization, a militia under the junta army, shot dead a local resident of Naung Thein Village.

· In Pakkoku Township, the rations confiscated from a junta convoy were provided to displaced people.

· The Prime Minister of Thailand Srettha Thavisin stated on Thursday that they would not let the conflicts of Myanmar reach their land and they would not allow the flight of the junta’s fighter jets in their air territory.

The Military Council

· According to the junta’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the military junta objected to and declined the decisions of the ban of the sale of jet fuel to them and the appointment of the UN Special Envoy to Myanmar.

· The junta soldiers from the junta’s Ka-La-Ya (275) based in Myawaddy Township of Karen State entered Thailand via cars passing No. (2) Thai-Myanmar Friendship Bridge.
