  • The National Unity Government (NUG)
  • Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration- NUG conducted Office Management Skill Training to Township People’s Administration in Mandalay Region.
  • At 3:00 pm Thursday, there was a meeting between Ministry of Home Affairs and Immigration- NUG and Township People’s Administration from Sagaing Region and Magway Region.
  • In the meeting of Central Committee on the Interim Public Administration, Union Prime Minister called for collective effort to establish a united and systematic administrative mechanism.

  • Burmese Women’s Union stated that 30 women had lost lives in the armed conflict areas of Myanmar in February 2024.
  • In Myawaddy of Karen State, a local woman lost life and two other people were seriously injured due to the mortar fired by the junta army in the battle in Thingan Nyinaung on Friday.
  • The embassy officials of six countries stated that they recognize the bravery of Myanmar women who play a vital role in the revolution against the military coup. They added that they are still committed to the empowerment of women and girls.

  • In Yinmabin Township, a rally of Shwe Nwe Thwe marched against the military dictatorship.

  • In Dawei Township, the junta army conducted aerial bombing on the town of Myittar.
  • Ethnic Armed Organizations (EAOs)
  • In Pa-O Area of Southern Shan State, the military junta have been using Pa-O ethnic outfits as military uniforms and they have been wearing them in their invasion, according to Pa-O National Liberation Army.
  • In Sisai, the junta army conducted a bombing by using drone and chemical gas on Wednesday.
  • In Myawaddy Township of Karen State, there has been heavy fighting in Thingan Nyinaung. Reportedly, a combined force of Karen National Liberation Army took control of the junta’s Ka-Ma-Ya (355).
  • The members of Arakan Army have been joining hands with Kachin Independence Army in the battles against the junta army in Kachin State. According to the AA on Thursday, they have also continued their effort to seize all the remaining junta camps in Rakhine State.
  • The KIA attacked the car of U Shwe Min, a local leader of the junta’s militia. Reportedly, the man died on the spot.
  • In Moemaut Township of Kachin State, the whole regiment of the junta army Ka-La-Ya (142) based in Dawphoneyan gave up arms to the KIA.
  • In Hakha of Chin State, local CDF arrested a police officer and four other policemen taking security at the ethnic affairs office.

  • The military junta displaced the teachers, staff and students of Bamaw University. They then stationed in the campus.
  • In Bogalay of Ayeyarwady Region, the local police team has been demanding 10 lakh MMK per local resident.
